Q. Do you provide granite worktops to end-users?

A. Yes we do, we also offer attractive packages for trade.

Q. Can I see samples of the granite?

A. You are welcome to view samples of the granite in the Ascot Granite gallery. If you wish to see the samples in front of you however, not only can you view all the samples at our workshop, you can even choose the exact slab of stone your worktops will be cut from.

Q. How do I obtain a quote? What information will you need to give an accurate quote?

A. You can call or email to arrange a site visit; from the site visit we can give you accurate quote.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. To proceed with an order, simply get in contact to organise a convenient time for us to template.

Q. How much is the deposit?

A. We ask for between 25% and 50% of the total invoice as a deposit. The balance of the invoice to be paid on completion.

Q. How long does it take?

A. From template to completion is usually completed in seven to fourteen days.

Q. Do I have to be present?

A. Someone will have to be present during template production and then to sign off on completion of the installation. This is to ensure that both our representative and you are happy with the finish and standard of the job. It is only then when we will ask for the balance to be paid in full.

Q. How do we maintain the high finish of the granite?

A. We have a range of aftercare products including cleaners, polishers, sealants and stain preventatives. These will help your granite to look as good as new for years to come.

Q. Is there a delivery charge?
